While according to Google’s Zeitgeist Versace was the most searched fashion designer, Bing’s rank looked a little different. According to the website, the top fashion designers of the year were:
1- Victoria Beckham
2- Michael Kors
3- Ralph Lauren
4- Chanel
5- Kimora Lee Simmons
6- Gucci
7- Tory Burch
8- Kate Spade
9- Steve Madden
10- Louis Vuitton
Victoria Beckham was also the most pinned celebrity on Pinterest.
Top fashion terms of 2013
According to Tumblr’s Year in review list, some of the most reblogged fashion terms of the year included popular fashion trends such as grunge, pastel, floral, lace and retro; while some others focused on alternative fashion such as hipster, boho, hippie or pastel goth. At Pinterest, some of the most popular terms were tulle, boho, tartan and collars, and the most pinned pictures consisted on romantic dresses, leather and sweaters.
