4 steps anti-aging morning routine

Forget about expensive products claiming to have anti-aging properties! Check out this all-natural and inexpensive morning routine which will help you minimize expression lines and keep the skin of your face looking fresh and healthy in only 4 steps!


Anti-aging daily routine – Step #1: Cleanse

Use a light and natural cleanser of your choice, and make sure you avoid those which contain fragrances or hash chemicals. Clean your face softly with a circular motion, and then use cold water to rinse all the product off.


Anti-aging daily routine – Step #2: Place ice on your face

Although it might seem odd, rubbing an ice cube on your face and neck for about a minute will help fight off the toxins that create expression lines, so make sure you do it before putting any makeup or product on your face.


Anti-aging daily routine – Step #3: Moisturize and protect your skin naturally

Natural oils and products with antioxidants will help you get rid of your skin’s pollutants. A popular favorite is olive oil. Apply it with a cotton ball on your face and neck and let it rest for a few minutes. Rinse it with cold water and dry your face by patting your skin gently with a soft towel.

Then, apply a very thin layer of sunscreen to your skin, and proceed to put on your makeup.  


Anti-aging daily routine – Step #4: Help your skin during the day

To complete the routine it’s very important to consume a lot of water and have healthy and full meals. Avoid junk food or sugary drinks, for they’ll take a toll on your skin’s condition. Opt for healthy snacks instead, like fruits or vegetables which contain water and vitamins.
